| Check-in/Check-out Time | 4:00 PM - 11:00 AM the following day. Front desk service hours: 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM. Service will be unavailable outside of these hours.
| Breakfast Time | NT$150 per person, buffet or set menu (subject to availability), served from 7:30 AM to 9:00 AM.
| Extra Occupancy | The hotel welcomes children aged 0-5 years. For children 6 years and older, an additional cleaning fee of NT$800 per person will be charged (extra beds are not available).
| Extra Blanket Request | An extra cleaning fee of NT$100 will be charged for each down comforter requested.
| Thoughtful Amenities | Elevator, water dispenser, ice, WIFI, slippers Water dispenser, washing machine, dryer
| Parking| Outdoor parking and charging stations are available on-site. Please make use of them, but parking spaces cannot be reserved.
| No Visitors| To ensure accommodation quality and safety, visitors are not allowed in the grounds or guest rooms.
| No Smoking| Smoking is prohibited in the grounds (including balconies) in accordance with the Tobacco Hazards Prevention Act.
| Pets| Pets are not allowed except for guide dogs. Those who violate this rule will be refused entry and no refund will be given. We apologize for any inconvenience.
| Accommodation Vouchers| Please book by phone only. Do not use online booking. A deposit or credit card pre-authorization is required according to the standardized contract.
| Booking Modification| Guests who book directly with the hotel can modify their booking once free of charge. A second modification requires cancellation of the original booking and rebooking.
| Booking Cancellation| Cancellation is handled in accordance with the Tourism Bureau's revised "Regulations on Amended Regulations for Individual Traveler Booking Standardized Contracts" (effective January 24, 2017).
* 100% refund of deposit if cancellation notice is given 3 days or more in advance.
* 50% refund of deposit if cancellation notice is given 1-2 days in advance.
* 0% refund of deposit if cancellation notice is given on the day of check-in.
| Deposit will be refunded to the original account. Bank handling fees are the responsibility of the traveler. We do not offer deposit extension or retention services.
| For travelers who did not book directly with our hotel, please refer to the cancellation policies of individual booking websites (including overseas e-commerce platforms) and travel agencies. Please refer to the booking contract for cancellation regulations during the Lunar New Year holiday.
| In the event of a land typhoon warning issued by the Central Weather Bureau, earthquake disaster, or the Directorate General of Highways declaring the Suhua Highway or the Southern Link Highway impassable in both directions,
