☉Under the influence of uncontrollable factors such as a land typhoon warning issued by the Central Weather Bureau or a traffic condition on the Suhua Highway or the South-link Highway announced by the Directorate General Of Highways, the guest can choose the preserve the reservation or a full refund; otherwise cancellation or change due to personal reasons will be charged a service fee before refunding.
